Ptarmigan Property Services, Inc. is founded by Alan Johnson, resident of Park City since 1992. In addition to being an integral part of the Olympic Ski Jumping Organization, Alan created PPS, a Park City HOA property management company. Since we started with a single property in 2005, PPS has continued to grow a positive professional reputation in our community.

Our team
The Ptarmigan Property Services oversees resort type condominium projects. Our team consists of 8-10 full time employees, 3-5 part-time employees, and 4-6 seasonal employees. This enables maintenance projects during busy summers to be planned for and completed in a timely, effective manner.
