I have been with Ptarmigan since 2013. I originally started on our maintenance crew and have a background doing maintenance / minor construction projects. I have been working as a project manager since 2023, where I have assisted in managing major building envelope remodels, interior and exterior improvements, landscaping / lighting design, and much more.
As a colligate athlete, I have learned to place a large value on communication and teamwork. I love having open communication, and working with team members to meet common goals. I have found that working together as a team allows for creative solutions, and efficient ways to solve problems.
Ptarmigan allows me to work closely with highly skilled and knowledgeable individuals. I have been able to learn extremely valuable skills, and advise with several different teams to accomplish our goals. While working with Ptarmigan, I have come across all kinds of different issues that have each required different solutions. This experience has allowed me to think outside the box and find solutions that work for every party involved.

I had the privilege of being Ptarmigan’s first employee more than 20 years ago and have had the opportunity to contribute to the company’s growth from its earliest stages. Over the years, we have built a personable and professional organization grounded in teamwork, respect, integrity, knowledge, and transparent communication.
Through my experience, I have developed strong expertise in HOA operations including budget development, capital project oversight, Utah Code compliance, insurance coverage and claim management, and building system maintenance. I am skilled in problem solving and collaborating with board members, homeowners, and service providers to ensure communities are effectively run.
My long-standing commitment, combined with practical knowledge and a collaborative approach, allows me to support well-managed communities and positive working relationships.

After moving to Utah to attend the University of Utah, I worked in the hotel and property management industry to support my education. Following the rewarding experience of raising a large family, I chose to re-enter the workforce with Ptarmigan Property Services, a team committed to integrity, hard work, loyalty, and a personalized approach for each client. I have been with the company since July 2024 and it has truly been a rich experience.

Born and raised in Park City, I currently reside in Salt Lake City where I work as an adjunct professor for the local community college. I joined the Ptarmigan team part-time in 2018-2019, and returned full-time in 2021 to provide administrative assistance. It is a pleasure to work with a group of genuine, hard-working, and supportive professionals.
Maintenance Manager
I moved to Park City in 1999, ever since then I have worked in Park City landscaping maintenance and managing buildings around Summit County. I have been with Ptarmigan for many years. Owner Alan Johnson brought me on as one of his first maintenance workers and since then I have loved helping the community we serve.

I moved to Park City from southern California before the Olympics in 2001 and worked in ski world for a while.
I have worked for Ptarmigan since 2008, providing maintenance services while growing with and for our HOA partners in cooperation with office and staff.
